SAVANNAH, GA – December 3, 2019 –Savannah VOICE Festival (SVF) artists will return to Savannah to offer patrons a spectacular Holiday Romance experience on Sunday, Dec. 15 at 45 Bistro, located at 123 E. Broughton Street. This annual fundraiser is vital to fund scholarships and support for young artists through the Milnes VOICE programs, whose mission is access for all through arts education, mentoring artists and creating new audiences.
This private party takes place at 45 Bistro, an upscale French bistro adjacent to Savannah’s Historic Marshall House Hotel. Guests are encouraged to dress in their festive attire. The evening will begin at 5:00 pm with a sumptuous buffet and libations at the bar. At 6:30 p.m. SVF artists will delight guests with an hour-long concert including an array of the holiday season’s most romantic and uplifting selections. The evening concludes with a dessert reception from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. in a post-concert celebration featuring “sweets for the sweet”.
“We cannot think of a better way to celebrate the season than with great voices and good fun. Our scholarship fund is one of the ways we have been able to bring new talent to Savannah from around the world and supporting this event is key to the vibrancy of the fund,” says SVF Executive Director Maria Zouves. “Last year alone we were able to give over $88,000 in scholarship support, making it possible for singers from 12 different countries to come to Savannah,” Zouves continues. “We are grateful to 45Bistro for supporting the cause this year – there is some wonderful food, wine and song planned!”
