SAVANNAH, GA – April 13, 2020 – Profile by Sanford Savannah has launched ‘Healthy Breaks,’ a new initiative which will provide the community with health information and stress management tips through free weekly Zoom sessions during the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic. These 30-minute sessions will be held once a week, every Wednesday, at 11 a.m. and repeated at 8 p.m., to ensure everyone has a chance to participate.

The first ‘Healthy Break’ session, on stress management during these challenging times, will be held this Wednesday, April 15, at 11 a.m. and 8 p.m. Participants will be able to interact with each other and Profile certified coaches and ask any health-related questions or discuss concerns. Membership is not required as participation is free for all to enjoy.

The Wednesday ‘Healthy Break’ sessions will be followed by discovery sessions hosted by Profile by Sanford every Thursday at 11 a.m. and 8 p.m.  These optional Zoom sessions will give participants a chance to learn more about healthy living and the company’s membership services. The first discovery session will take place Thursday, April 16 at 11 a.m. and repeated at 8 p.m.
