Lesley Francis

Founder + CEO

Founder and CEO, has worked for 30 years in public relations – over 20 of these in the consumer products and healthcare sectors in London, the toughest and most demanding media market in the world. In 1998, she founded a one-person, London-based agency that ultimately became the 14th largest in the UK. She sold it to a global media group in 2007. After running the group’s global PR division she relocated to Savannah, Georgia and became a naturalized American citizen in 2012.

Lesley set up LFPR in 2011, and the agency has grown every year through its “can-do” attitude and the staff’s ability to design and execute integrated campaigns that target the right audiences and key influencers. Lesley is a Past President of the Rotary Club of Richmond Hill, has served on the boards of the Savannah Book Festival, Ariel Southeast Angels Partners, Bryan County Bark Park and is now pleased to be a director of the board for The United Way of the Coastal Empire.

Hollie Barnidge

Vice President

Vice President, lives in Pooler, Georgia with her husband and daughter and holds a Bachelor of Journalism degree from the University of Missouri. She joined LFPR as social media manager and copy writer in 2015. Hollie has worked at a number of publications, including daily newspapers and lifestyle magazines, and served as a regional editor for Morris Multimedia Inc. for seven years. Through her time spent as Main Street Program manager, Hollie amassed experience in small business and economic development, marketing, planning and preservation, design, and volunteer management. She was named to the Hinesville Veterans Memorial Walk Board of Directors and enjoys volunteering with several area nonprofits.

Kristyn Fielding

Account Manager

Account Manager, originally from Thomasville, Georgia, currently lives in Savannah and joined LFPR in 2016. She earned her Bachelor of Science in public relations and minor in marketing from Georgia Southern University. Since moving to Savannah, she has enjoyed getting involved in the community and currently serves on the Bryan County Bark Park Board of Directors. During her education she was an active member of the Public Relations Student Society of America and co-host of a weekly radio show for Georgia Southern University’s official radio station WVGS 91.9 The Buzz in addition to completing a summer internship with The Averitt Center for the Arts in Statesboro, Georgia. Kristyn works with client event coordination, writing and issuing news releases, client liaison, research, media coverage evaluation, and social media management and content generation at LFPR. She enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with friends, family and her yellow lab, Cotton.

Crystal Vogel

Account Executive

Account Executive, lives in Richmond Hill, Georgia and joined LFPR in October 2018. She is originally from Mystic, Connecticut, but has lived in the Savannah region most of her life. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Professional Communications with a minor in theatre from Georgia Southern University. Crystal graduated with distinction, Summa Cum Laude, and is part of the National Society of Leadership and Success. At LFPR she works with writing and issuing news releases, media coverage evaluation, research, and social media management and content generation. During her education, she completed an internship with Mamie Ruth, a local clothing brand that is found nationwide, doing their PR, social media management, event planning, content creation, and blog writing. She also completed a semester-long study abroad program in Siena, Italy studying travel writing, advanced composition, anthropology, and art history. When Crystal isn’t at work, you can find her traveling, working on her vegan lifestyle blog about food, vegan travel destinations, and cruelty-free beauty, or spending time with her mom and two dogs Callie and Vance.

Sally Lowe Whitehead

Copywriter + Editor

Copywriter and Editor, lives in Savannah, Georgia with her husband Mel Whitehead. She has been a freelance writer and editor for many years, as well as a small-business owner and part-time marketing director. While living in New York City, she studied extensively with the late author, Madeleine L’Engle, author of over eighty books, including A Wrinkle in Time. Sally authored a memoir published by Harper Collins, entitled The Truth Shall Set You Free, and has essays included in the anthology, A Circle of Friends: Remembering Madeleine L’Engle and Armstrong State University textbook, Word by Word. She is a past board member of the Rape Crisis Center of the Coastal Empire and presently volunteers as a voter registration educator.

Allie Robinson

Marketing Assistant

Marketing Assistant, born and raised in Savannah, GA and joined LFPR in August 2020. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from Georgia Southern University where she was an active member of the Public Relations Student Society of America and Zeta Tau Alpha sorority. She also completed an internship with the Downtown Statesboro Development Authority where she managed their social media, wrote and distributed news releases, and organized events for the community. Allie enjoys going to the beach, trying new restaurants in town, watching The Food Network, and taking her dog Ace on walks. At LFPR she works with writing news releases, media coverage evaluation, research, social media management and content generation.

Mary Thompson

Content Writer

Content writer, graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in American Studies and a minor in Communications. She then went on to earn her master’s degree from Utah State University in American Studies, with an emphasis on the public sector. During that time, she published papers on subjects in Utah history. Upon completion of her degree, she was a museum director for a time. Mary has been a freelance writer for many years with experience in grant writing, content writing and editing.

Chaeli Shields

Web-Based Project Manager

Web-Based Project Manager, comes to LFPR with experience in fields ranging from marketing, branding and sales to government contracting. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University as well as a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University. Chaeli has a high level of expertise in balancing the design and technical aspects of web development.
